Moments Matter.

Nat has captured all kinds of events from public talks to community gatherings, competitions to conventions and even a steelsigning ceremony at a construction site. At Barton Peveril Sixth Form College, his work regularly featured in press releases and local newspapers showcasing the in-house events and student achievements. With Entertainment Events, Nat’s photos were used on their website and social platforms to document and reflect on past events (and the funds they raised for charity) and to promote events as they returned in following years.

Nat says…

“An editorial image must tell a story. The pictures feel the most realistic and ‘truthful’ when the subject isn’t aware of the camera, and so the key is a speedy and silent approach; you have to be able to read entire rooms and focus on dozens of conversations at a time to find the right moments to press the shutter release. In crowded spaces a long zoom lens isn’t always an option, so you have to be quick on your feet and adapt to your environment.”

He has a natural ability to make people feel at ease, resulting in a perfect balance of staged and candid shots that really capture the essence of our events.
